Blades School of Hair Design, formerly known as Total Dimension, was founded in 1986 by M. Sue Garner and her daughter Wanda A. Paduano. Having many years of experience in the field of cosmetology, they offer a wealth of experience, knowledge and broad based enrichment in an open, informal salon surrounding.
